Hot/Cold Plate

The Hot/Cold Plate has been the gold standard for thermal pain assessment in rodents for decades. Featuring a temperature range from −5° to 65°C and support for constant temperature and ramp protocols via X-Pad software, it covers all analgesic drug screening needs.

Orofacial Stimulation Test

The Orofacial Stimulation Test measures thermal and mechanical hypersensitivity of the orofacial area in rats (mouse adaptor available). For trigeminal nerve pain research, ORO-Software enables simultaneous data collection from up to 16 cages for high-throughput studies.

Plethysmometer

The Plethysmometer measures small changes in rodent paw volume and oedema to quantify the inflammatory response. With hands-free operation, 0.01 ml resolution, and a 4.3-inch colour touchscreen, it is the standard tool for anti-inflammatory drug screening.

PAM Pressure Application Measurement

The PAM (Pressure Application Measurement) is designed for measuring mechanical pain threshold on joints, specifically validated for arthritis research. It assesses joint hypersensitivity in rodent knees and ankles with two force ranges (0–500 and 0–1,500 gf).

Analgesy-Meter

The Analgesy-Meter measures paw pressure according to the Randall-Selitto test, enabling rapid screening of analgesic drugs in healthy and inflamed rodent models. A classical instrument in preclinical pharmacology with force ranges up to 750 grams.

Operant Fear Conditioning OFC

Multi-modal operant fear conditioning chamber combining Pavlovian fear with operant reward learning in a single apparatus. Features an integrated pellet dispenser, nose poke sensors, and adjustable constant-current foot shock (0.1–3 mA) for complex translational behavioral paradigms.

Visual Cliff

Classic passive apparatus for assessing visual depth perception in mice. The transparent-floored chamber (40×40×60.5 cm) requires no electronics or software, providing a simple and reliable readout of depth avoidance behavior for neurological phenotyping.

Electric Shock Meter

Portable precision instrument for measuring the actual current delivered to rodents in behavioral conditioning experiments. Provides real-time verification of shock delivery for GLP compliance, inter-laboratory reproducibility, and equipment calibration.

Operon

Pellet Dispenser for Rats and Mice

Tail Suspension Test

Lickometer (Vogel Test)
