Hexatron 1000

The Hexatron 1000 is PopNeuron's compact tabletop hexapod (Stewart platform) delivering true six-degree-of-freedom positioning across X, Y, Z translation and pitch, roll, and yaw rotation. Its parallel kinematic design eliminates the cumulative errors and reduced stiffness of stacked XYZ stages, making it ideal for laser alignment, micromanipulation, and stereotaxic applications requiring simultaneous angular and spatial control.

Optogenetics App

The Optogenetics App (and Optogenetics Pro) by PopNeuron is a free iOS and Android application that calculates required laser power for in-vivo optogenetic experiments. Using a validated light-scattering model calibrated across seven mouse brain areas, it outputs penetration depth as a function of optical power for any brain region, opsin, and fiber combination - essential for planning effective and safe optogenetic stimulation.

76316 LED Fiber Optic Illuminator

A 20 W LED cold light source that delivers shadow-free illumination through fiber optic guides, keeping heat and electronics away from the specimen. Use it with an annular ring guide for stereo-microscope surgery, or with Y-type and single rigid fibers for directional lighting. Linear continuous dimming with no stroboscopic effect makes it camera-ready.

OB1 Perfusion System for Cell Culture and Analysis

Pressure-driven flow control that keeps cultured cells viable under continuous medium renewal, at a set flow rate from 0.1 µL/min to 500 mL/min, while you image them live or measure what they consume and secrete. Pulseless flow up to 20× steadier than a syringe or peristaltic pump, with the pump never touching the medium.

ibidi Collagen Type I

A high-quality native collagen type I solution, available in rat tail or bovine origin, for 3D hydrogels, scaffolds and 2D surface coatings. Non-pepsinized collagen forms in vivo-like extracellular matrix structures, while fast gelation keeps cells evenly distributed throughout the gel. Supplied at 5 or 10 mg/ml in multiple pack sizes.

ibidi Mounting Medium

A ready-to-use mounting medium optimised for fluorescence microscopy in ibidi µ-Slides and µ-Dishes. Contributes no detectable autofluorescence, preserving bright signals against a genuinely dark background. Supplied in a dropper bottle for precise, bubble-free dispensing into narrow channels and open wells.

ibidi Mounting Medium With DAPI

A ready-to-use mounting medium with DAPI nuclear counterstain pre-mixed at working concentration, combining mounting and nuclear staining into a single step. Optimised for immunofluorescence in ibidi µ-Slides and µ-Dishes, delivering brilliant fluorescence signals with low background.

ibidi Anti-Evaporation Oil

A biocompatible, sterilised silicone oil layered over culture medium to prevent evaporation during long-term live cell imaging. Maintains stable medium volume, osmolarity and pH across multi-day time-lapse experiments, and is compatible with all ibidi labware and standard cell culture applications.

ibidi µ-Slide 8 Well Glass Bottom

A chambered coverslip with eight individually walled wells on a #1.5H high-precision glass bottom, built for TIRF, single molecule detection and super-resolution microscopy where a polymer bottom will not do. Cells are cultured and imaged in the same vessel - no extra coverslip, no leakage between wells, and minimal cell and reagent consumption per condition.
