Elveflow Microfluidic Reservoirs

Elveflow Microfluidic Reservoirs are autoclavable adapter caps for Eppendorf®, Falcon® and glass bottles (XXS to HP, 800 µL to 350 mL), with 2- or 4-port versions and ¼-28 fitting compatibility for 1/16" OD tubing. They turn standard lab consumables into pressurisable microfluidic reservoirs for any OB1-based setup.

MUX Wire V3 Valve Controller by Elveflow

The MUX Wire V3 is Elveflow's valve controller hub that drives up to 8 Smart Valves independently or simultaneously via Elveflow's ESI software — or manually via the push button on each valve. With internal/external TTL triggers, plug-and-play valve detection, and a status LED per valve, it is the central building block for any multi-valve microfluidic automation setup.

Elveflow Pressure Source – Laboratory Pressure Source

The Elveflow Pressure Source is a compact, oil-free 2 bar laboratory pressure supply weighing just 2 kg, designed as a quiet (<54 dB) plug-and-play companion to the OB1 0-200 mbar and 0-2000 mbar channels. Integrated 350 mL tank, 40 µm filter, and 6 mm push-in connection make it ideal for labs without a building-wide gas line.

Elveflow Vacuum Source – Light Vacuum Source

The Elveflow Vacuum Source is a compact, oil-free 850 mbar light vacuum generator weighing just 1.4 kg, designed as a quiet (<54 dB) plug-and-play companion to OB1 vacuum-capable channels (-900/1000 mbar and -900/6000 mbar). Integrated 250 mL tank and 6 mm push-in connection make it ideal for labs without a building-wide vacuum line.

Elveflow Vacuum Pump / Vacuum Generator

The Elveflow Vacuum Pump is an oil-free, anticorrosive, high-efficiency vacuum generator delivering -980 mbar at 18 L/min for microfluidic flow control. Designed as the high-throughput vacuum companion to the OB1 pressure controller, it provides robust, long-lifespan negative pressure for the most demanding microfluidic workflows at just 42 dB.

Elveflow Manifold 13 Ports

The Elveflow Manifold 13 Ports is an autoclavable PEEK splitter that lets you distribute or combine up to 12 microfluidic lines from a single inlet. With ¼-28 fittings for 1/16" OD tubing and configurable 1-to-12 routing via the included threaded plugs, it is the essential plumbing piece for parallel injection, sequential injection (with the MUX Distributor), and multi-reservoir pressure distribution.

Elveflow Smart Valves – Microfluidics Valves

Elveflow Smart Valves are precise, low-volume on/off microfluidic valves with 20 ms switching, available in 2/2 NO, 2/2 NC, and 3/2 configurations across high-pressure (to 6 bar), low-pressure (to 3 bar), and low-volume models. They plug directly into the MUX Wire V3 controller — ESI auto-detects each valve — or operate standalone via the push button on the valve.

Elveflow Reservoir XXS On Chip – Microfluidic Vial

The Elveflow Reservoir XXS On Chip is an 800 µL microfluidic reservoir vial that plugs directly into the chip's inlet — no tubing required — for ultimate reagent conservation. With Luer Lock cap, o-ring seal, and zero dead volume, it is the smallest reservoir in Elveflow's range, ideal for precious or low-volume samples.

Elveflow Reservoir Holder Rack 4-XS / S / M

The Elveflow Reservoir Holder Rack is a compact, autoclavable 4-tube holder that tidies up your microfluidic bench and lets you swap reservoirs without touching tubing. Available in XS (1.5 mL Eppendorf), S (15 mL Falcon), and M (50 mL Falcon) versions, with hard-anodised aluminium construction and ¼-28 UNF fluid connectors, it pairs natively with the OB1 MK4 across all pressure ranges.
