NanoFil™ Gas-Tight Injection System

The NanoFil™ is WPI's precision gas-tight syringe system for nanoliter-scale in vivo injections. Its patented zero dead volume design eliminates oil backfilling, accepts interchangeable needles down to 36G, and delivers sub-microliter accuracy for stereotaxic, viral vector, and ophthalmic research.

Multiprobe in vivo Rig

Sensapex's modular multiprobe in vivo rig enables simultaneous positioning and recording with multiple Neuropixels, Neuronexus, or other silicon probes in living animals. Built on a spherical coordinate system with dedicated uMp-3-NP manipulators, it delivers reproducible targeting accuracy and ultra-slow insertion speeds for high-yield, large-scale electrophysiology.

One Channel Vascular Access Button for Mice

The One Channel Mouse VAB™ is a transcutaneous port that permits quick, aseptic access to a catheterized vessel — either with a syringe for intermittent access or a tether for continuous access. Applications include infusion, blood sampling, and IV self-administration. Available with 14mm polyester felt, 10mm felt, or 14mm silicone mesh disk options, and in 25ga and 22ga connector sizes.

One Channel Stainless Steel Swivel

Instech single-channel stainless steel swivels allow continuous tethered infusion or blood sampling in freely moving mice and rats. Autoclavable and reusable hundreds of times, with self-adjusting seals that improve with use. Available in 25ga (recommended for mice), 22ga (standard for rats), and 20ga. All models include a universal swivel-to-tether clamp compatible with Instech spring tethers.

Polyethylene (PE) Tubing

Instech polyethylene (PE) tubing offers excellent compound compatibility and low air permeability for use in rodent infusion and sampling systems. Low-density formulation (LDPE) comparable to Intramedic™ tubing. PE-50 is the most common size, fitting 22ga swivels, luer stubs, couplers, and PinPorts. Sold non-sterile on 30m (98ft) spools in six sizes from PE-10 to PE-90.

Polypropylene Feeding Tubes for Rodents

Disposable Animal Feeding Needles for Mice and Rats Our oral gavage tubes are flexible to reduce the risk of trauma, and disposable to eliminate the cost of cleaning and the chance of compound crossover. Flexible tubes are an animal welfare refinement over rigid metal tubes which have been shown to cause significantly more esophageal inflammation. They are part of our "Be Nice" family of products.

Used for connecting FEP Tubing to the probe, swivel, liquid switch and syringes. These simple but secure connectors, which swell in 70 % alcohol and shrink back in air, ensure tight, zero internal volume connections of FEP Tubing to the probe, swivel, liquid switch and syringes.
