R812/FR-12 Dual Color Multichannel Fiber Photometry System

The RWD R812/FR-12 is a dual-channel fiber photometry system optimized for red fluorescent indicators (RCaMP, jrGECO1a) with an isosbestic 410 nm reference. Its 560 nm excitation channel offers lower autofluorescence and reduced spectral overlap with GFP-based tracers, enabling cleaner recordings in complex circuit experiments across up to 9 simultaneous channels.

Stereotaxic Ear Bars

RWD Stereotaxic Ear Bars are precision-machined fixation rods compatible with all RWD stereotaxic frames, available in 10 models covering mice, rats, guinea pigs, birds, cats, and monkeys. The range includes standard angled, hollow, non-rupture cuff, non-rupture rubber, height-adjustable, and riser designs to match any species anatomy and surgical approach.

Electrode Holders

RWD Electrode Holders securely position electrodes, glass pipettes, and syringe needles on any RWD stereotaxic arm, with clamping ranges from 0.3 mm to 4.0 mm. Specialized dual-electrode models (68210 and 68216) enable two electrodes to be controlled independently with minimum 200 μm spacing, supporting paired electrophysiology and stimulation-recording protocols.

Multi-function Holders

RWD Multi-function Holders extend any stereotaxic arm to carry large syringes, headstages, amplifiers, and microdrills. The range includes a syringe holder for two-point microinjection grip, a headstage holder for TBSI and Plexon amplifiers, and a microdrill holder for depth-controlled craniotomy via the Z-axis manipulator.

Mouse Adaptors

RWD Mouse Adaptors are species-specific head fixation accessories for all RWD stereotaxic frames, covering adult mice, neonatal mice, and neonatal rats. The four-model range includes a standard incisor-palate adaptor, a mouse/neonatal-rat adaptor with resin ear bars, an integrated gas anesthesia model, and a dedicated neonatal adaptor with an extended 150 × 100 mm base plate.

Rat Adaptors

RWD Rat Adaptors provide secure multi-point head fixation for rats of all weights on any RWD stereotaxic frame. The 68021 standard adaptor offers 30 mm vertical and 50 mm horizontal adjustability via a precision dovetail slide, while the 68053 anesthesia adaptor integrates full gas delivery with ±35° vertical and horizontal rotation for angled surgical approaches.
