Dual regulators (20 psi input + 0.1 psi delivery accuracy) drive solution from BD syringe reservoirs at precisely the same low flow rate every time. Universal plug fits 5/10/20 cc syringes; large plug variant fits 60 cc syringes. Pairs with the Warner VCS.
What is the Warner VPP Perfusion Pressure Kit?
The Warner VPP is a drop-in upgrade that converts any gravity-feed perfusion bench into a pressurized system. A pair of regulators (one fixing input air or nitrogen at 20 psi, the second setting the delivery pressure to 0.1 psi accuracy) drives solution from BD syringe reservoirs at precisely the same low flow rate, every time. Compared to gravity feed, pressurization eliminates the hydrostatic-head dependency that makes flow-rate reproducibility hard at low rates.
Four kits cover the common syringe sizes: VPP-8 / VPP-6 use a universal reservoir plug that fits 5, 10 or 20 cc BD syringes; VPP-8-6 / VPP-6-6 use a large plug for 60 cc BD syringes. Each kit ships with the regulator/filter/gauge assembly, reservoir plugs and tubing harness pre-connected, stopcocks, BD syringes, and 25 ft of polyurethane tubing.
