Warner Perfusion Manifolds (MP / MPP / MM / ML Series)
Low-dead-volume (3.5–5 µL) perfusion manifolds that converge 2–8 input lines into a single chamber line. Four series: MP for gravity, MPP for pumped/pressurized, MM and ML for SF-77 fast-step low-volume work. PTFE or Delrin construction, chemically resistant and autoclavable. The essential link between the Warner VCS and the recording chamber.

What are the Warner Perfusion Manifolds?
The Warner perfusion manifolds converge 2 to 8 perfusion input lines into a single common output with minimal dead volume — the unsung but essential piece between a multi-channel valve controller and the recording chamber. Four series cover the full perfusion-flow envelope: MP for gravity-fed systems with PE-160 tubing, MPP for pumped or pressurized systems with stainless-steel hypodermic input ports, and MM / ML for the SF-77 Perfusion Fast-Step at low volumes and slow flow rates.
Dead volume across all series sits between 3.5 and 5 µL — small enough that solution changes at the chamber follow the upstream valve switch with negligible delay even at slow flow. Manifolds are PTFE (MP) or Delrin (MPP, MM, ML); both are autoclavable and chemically resistant.
Key Features
- Four series for four flow regimes: MP for gravity, MPP for pumped/pressurized, MM and ML for low-volume fast-step.
- 2–8 input ports: Match the number of channels on your valve controller.
- Low dead volume: 3.5–5 µL — negligible delay between valve switch and chamber arrival.
- PTFE or Delrin: Chemically resistant, autoclavable.
- Drop-in tubing fit: MP for PE-160 friction fit, MPP for PE-160 over hypodermic ports, MM/ML for PE-50 input + PE-10 or PE-50 output.
- Pin plugs included: Block unused input ports.
