Warner DWV Dedicated Workstation Vacuum System

Self-contained bench-top vacuum for chamber aspiration — medical-grade linear-piston pump, twin 2 L flasks (trap + reservoir), needle-valve trim, vacuum gauge. 40 dB(A) low-noise, continuous-duty, universal 92–250 VAC. Designed for labs without in-house vacuum, or with unstable house vacuum that disrupts patch-clamp and live-cell imaging aspiration.

Warner DWV Dedicated Workstation Vacuum System

What is the Warner DWV Vacuum System?

The Warner DWV (Dedicated Workstation Vacuum) is a self-contained aspiration bench — a low-noise, medical-grade linear-piston vacuum pump, twin 2 L flat-bottom flasks (one trap, one reservoir), needle valve, vacuum gauge, and all wetted parts in chemically-resistant materials. It is designed for the labs that don’t have in-house vacuum, or that have an in-house vacuum line with too much fluctuation for stable chamber aspiration.

The two-flask architecture is the operational headline: one flask collects the aspirated fluid, the second flask buffers the vacuum line, so vacuum pressure is stable through the duty cycle of the pump. Combined with the needle-valve trim, a researcher can dial in a precise ~50:50 air-to-fluid aspiration mixture at the chamber and hold it there for hours.

Key Features

  • Self-contained: No house vacuum required — plug in and aspirate.
  • Low noise: 40 dB(A) maximum at 1 m — quiet enough for shared procedure rooms.
  • Twin-flask design: One trap + one vacuum reservoir for stable pressure.
  • Single-moving-part pump: Medical-grade linear-piston — long service life.
  • Adjustable vacuum: Needle valve for precise 50:50 air-to-fluid trim.
  • Vacuum gauge: Built-in for live monitoring.
  • Universal voltage: 92–250 VAC, 50/60 Hz.
  • Continuous duty: Designed for all-day operation.
