The ibidi Gas Incubation System – Silver Line is a precision gas mixer and active humidity control unit designed for long-term live cell imaging on the microscope. It provides independent control of CO2, O2, and relative humidity — maintaining stable physiological conditions throughout imaging sessions when paired with an ibidi Heating System.

The system includes the ibidi Gas Mixer – Silver Line, a Humidifying Column, and an optional Air Pressure Generator. Together with the ibidi Heating System, it forms the complete ibidi Stage Top Incubator for full environmental control on any inverted microscope stage.

  • Patented Humidity Control: Feedback-controlled humidity regulation maintains a constant, very high relative humidity level inside the Stage Top Incubator, completely preventing evaporation throughout long-term live cell imaging assays.
  • CO2 and O2 Regulation: Independent control of CO2 (0–15%) and O2 (1–21%) with 0.1% resolution enables normoxia, hypoxia, and custom atmospheric conditions for demanding cell biology experiments.
