Why BioLab matters as the BioNex companion

The MindWare BioLab software is the acquisition layer for the entire BioNex platform — the BioNex chassis emits the data; BioLab visualizes, marks, and records it. The pairing is intentional: every BioNex sampling decision is mirrored in BioLab’s configuration, every module is auto-detected, and event marks placed in BioLab arrive at hardware-precise timestamps because the chassis clock is the timebase. The result is a complete, validated recording rig that doesn’t require the researcher to glue together third-party DAQ and visualization software.

BioLab also exports cleanly into MindWare’s analysis suite (HRV, EDA, IMP, EMG) — a researcher who collects with BioLab and analyzes with the matching MindWare module has zero file-format translation overhead between acquisition and analysis.
