MUX Recirculation 6/2 Valve by Elveflow

The MUX Recirculation 6/2 is a 6-port / 2-position microfluidic valve for closed-loop fluid recirculation and precise sample injection. With under 180 ms switching, zero dead volume, and PCTFE/PTFE wetted parts, it enables automated long-term recirculation experiments and chemically robust workflows in combination with the Elveflow OB1 pressure controller.

MUX Quake Valve Controller by Elveflow

The MUX Quake Valve is a 16-valve 3:2 matrix dedicated to actuating bilayer PDMS Quake valves. With 20 ms switching, TTL trigger I/O, and ESI scheduler integration, it brings fast, precise, and fully programmable Quake-valve control to any PDMS-based microfluidic device when paired with an OB1 pressure controller.

MUX Cross Chip Multiplexer Flow Matrix by Elveflow

The MUX Cross Chip is a 4×4 microfluidic valve matrix that connects any of 4 inputs to any of 4 outputs and provides true zero-flow stop conditions in 100 ms. PEEK valves with 10-32 fittings, software-controlled and TTL-triggerable, it eliminates residual Poiseuille flow during imaging or separation phases for reproducible, plug-and-play microfluidic experiments.

MSR Microfluidic Sensor Reader by Elveflow

The MSR Sensor Reader is Elveflow's acquisition interface for up to 4 microfluidic sensors simultaneously, with 200 Hz sampling rate, 16-bit resolution, and 5 ms response time. Fully compatible with the Elveflow MFS, MPS, MFP and MBD sensor families plus third-party analog sensors, it is the ideal supplement to the OB1 for high-precision experimental monitoring.

MFP Inline Pressure Sensor by Elveflow

The MFP is Elveflow's large-range microfluidic inline pressure sensor, measuring 0 to 16 bar in liquids and gases with 2% FS accuracy and a Luer-lock connection. FFKM-wetted, temperature-compensated, and no-maintenance, it is the natural complement to the low-range MPS for any microfluidic setup needing high-pressure monitoring.

MBD Microfluidic Bubble Detector by Elveflow

The MBD is Elveflow's optical microfluidic bubble detector, an inline transmittance sensor that detects air bubbles and liquid interfaces in real time using a non-invasive LED/phototransistor pair. Compatible with 1/16" and 1/8" OD tubing, it can trigger valve switching or pressure changes through the OB1 + ESI ecosystem for fully automated bubble handling and bilateral recirculation.

Elveflow Air Compressor – Pressurized Air Source

The Elveflow Air Compressor is a robust 8 bar / 32 L/min lubricated pressurised air source that replaces laboratory gas line supplies for pressure-driven microfluidics. With a built-in 5 µm oil filter, anti-corrosion treated tank, and low 35 dB noise level, it is the most reliable benchtop pressure companion for the OB1 family.

Elveflow Microfluidic Reservoirs

Elveflow Microfluidic Reservoirs are autoclavable adapter caps for Eppendorf®, Falcon® and glass bottles (XXS to HP, 800 µL to 350 mL), with 2- or 4-port versions and ¼-28 fitting compatibility for 1/16" OD tubing. They turn standard lab consumables into pressurisable microfluidic reservoirs for any OB1-based setup.

MUX Wire V3 Valve Controller by Elveflow

The MUX Wire V3 is Elveflow's valve controller hub that drives up to 8 Smart Valves independently or simultaneously via Elveflow's ESI software — or manually via the push button on each valve. With internal/external TTL triggers, plug-and-play valve detection, and a status LED per valve, it is the central building block for any multi-valve microfluidic automation setup.
