Low-Cost Induction Chambers for SomnoSuite

Kent Scientific’s right-sized induction chambers for the SomnoSuite® and SomnoFlo® low-flow vaporizers, available in 0.47 L, 1.0 L, 2.0 L and 3.0 L. Smaller internal volumes mean faster induction and less waste anesthetic gas per session. Shatter-resistant plastic, resistant to anesthesia chemicals, cleanable to 100 °C, and shipped with a 12" tubing set ready to connect.

Low-Profile Anesthesia Masks for SomnoSuite

Tight-fitting, slim-profile nose masks for the Kent SomnoSuite® and SomnoFlo® — engineered for procedures that need unobstructed access to the eyes, ears and top of the head: stereotaxic injection, retinal imaging, dental work and MRI in-bore anesthesia. Four sizes cover animals from neonatal mice (< 100 g) to large rats (> 300 g). Each kit ships with an 18" luer-fit tubing set.

SomnoFlo O2Care Low-Flow Anesthesia System

Kent Scientific’s next-generation low-flow vaporizer with built-in oxygen blending: dial the carrier gas to 21%, 35%, 50%, 70% or 100% O₂ from the touchscreen — no external mixer, no custom cylinders. Same ultra-low-flow architecture as the SomnoSuite® (down to 100 mL/min) with no annual calibration, sized for modern FiO₂-titrated rodent anesthesia and recovery workflows.

LA Pias Mouse Ear Tags

Lightweight aluminum, pre-numbered ear tags from Kent Scientific for permanent individual ID of mice, rats and other small rodents. Five colors (Black, Blue, Green, Light Blue, Red) plus number ranges from 1–100 through 1–999 let labs visually code cohorts and match pack size to colony size. Dedicated metal applicator from Kent Scientific for placing LA Pias mouse and rat ear tags. Purpose-built geometry produces consistent tag closure across high-volume colony tagging, eliminating the operator-to-operator variability that drives tag loss. Available in standard and autoclavable versions — pick the version that fits your vivarium’s sterilization SOPs.

Endotracheal Intubation Kits

Neurostar Glass Capillary Nanoinjector

Computer-controlled glass-capillary nanoinjector (NanoW) for ultraprecise nanoliter injections in oocyte, embryo, and brain workflows. Direct piston displacement delivers exact volumes from 1 nL with rates from 2 nL/s. Borosilicate capillaries pulled to ultrathin tips minimize tissue trauma. Standalone, mount on a micromanipulator, or integrate with the Neurostar Robot Stereotaxic for a fully automated multisite nanoinjection robot.

Camera-guided bregma detection and real-time skull-alignment monitor for the Neurostar Robot Stereotaxic platform. Eliminates inter-operator bregma localization error (often 100–200 µm between novices and experts), monitors tilt drift continuously through long procedures, and records every movement — producing transparent, replayable documentation suitable for IACUC and reproducibility-critical workflows.
