Patch Clamp Amplifiers

The Axon Instruments® series of amplifiers provide best-in-class solutions for the entire range of patch-clamp experiments. The portfolio of amplifiers includes Axopatch™ 200B for ultra low-noise single-channel recordings, MultiClamp™ 700B for whole-cell voltage-clamp and high-speed current-clamp recordings, and Axoclamp™ 900A for two-electrode voltage-clamp and current-clamp recordings.

This EMG device is a 2+1 channel wireless electrophysiological amplifier with 2 bipolar input channels and 1 trigger input channel. It has a 24 bit sampling resolution, maximizing its measurement accuracy.

Pressure control for automated pipette cleaning

The uMc-CLN pressure controllers are designed to make automatic cleaning of patch pipettes fast and easy. The use of both Alconox and Tergazyme have been proven in multiple independent peer-reviewed studies to provide the most reliable and safest cleaning of patch pipettes for reuse available today. Using this approach, up to 100 cells can be patched without changing the pipette, saving, internal solution, pipettes and above all, time. The WPI A365 is a battery-operated, optically isolated constant current stimulus isolator delivering up to 10 mA across three selectable ranges with 100V compliance. Designed for electrophysiology research, it provides precise, artifact-free stimulation with bipolar pulsing for zero net charge delivery to biological preparations.
