NBT at ISM 2026 in Tel Aviv
NBT exhibited at ISM 2026 at Expo Tel Aviv, showcasing ibidi chambers and slides for cell culture and microscopy, alongside the RWD RFLSI-ZW Laser Speckle Imaging System for real-time microcirculation research.

NBT joined the Israel Society for Microscopy (ISM) 2026 meeting at Expo Tel Aviv this week, showcasing two of our most popular solutions for cell biology and in-vivo imaging research: ibidi chambers and slides for cell culture and microscopy, and the RWD RFLSI-ZW Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging System for real-time microcirculation monitoring.

ibidi — cells in focus
The ibidi line offers a broad range of micro-engineered chambers, slides, and dishes designed for high-quality cell culture and live-cell microscopy. The product family covers a wide spectrum of applications — from straightforward cell growth and immunofluorescence assays in μ-Slides to flow-based experiments in μ-Slides I Luer and μ-Slides VI0.4, plus dedicated formats for chemotaxis, 3D culture, and angiogenesis studies. The geometry, optical-grade bottom, and homogeneous cell distribution make them especially well-suited for imaging-heavy workflows where conventional plates fall short.
At the booth, attendees were able to handle the chambers directly and discuss how they fit into ongoing imaging projects.
RWD RFLSI-ZW — Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging
The RFLSI-ZW from RWD is a full-field laser speckle contrast imaging system designed to monitor and record blood flow in tissues and organs in real time, without contact or contrast agents. With an improved optical design and refined image-processing algorithm, the system delivers a larger imaging field, full-frame HD image and video output, and access to raw data for downstream analysis.

Typical applications include:
- Cerebral blood perfusion monitoring
- MCAO stroke model assessment
- TBI and SCI research
- Hind-limb ischemia studies
- Diabetic foot and skin burn/skin flap perfusion
- Tumor microvasculature imaging
Visitors at the booth tested the system live — placing a hand under the imager and watching perfusion maps update in real time, with flux, intensity, and color channels visualised side by side.

Thanks for stopping by
Big thanks to everyone who came by the booth, asked thoughtful questions, and shared what they're working on. If we didn't get a chance to follow up at the event, or you'd like a deeper conversation about how ibidi or the RFLSI-ZW could fit into your lab, get in touch with us and we'll set up a call.
