High Pressure Syringe Pump in Laboratory
High Pressure, High Viscosity Infusion

The Fusion 6000 high-pressure syringe pumps are designed to deliver highly viscous fluids with extreme precision, providing up to 700lb of linear force at reproducible flow rates via a state-of-the-art micro stepper motor. Easily and effortlessly deliver accurate and precise amounts of fluids for a multitude of applications like syringe pump pressure dosing, fracking R&D, and hydrogenation.

Heating & Pressure Control

The Fusion high-pressure syringe pumps allow both heating syringe sleeves and a vacuum transducer pressure sensor to be attached to the system. The heated syringe provides a heated fluid and drug delivery solution that reduces experimental variability. The versatile Chemyx heated syringe system produces consistent results by reducing temperature and viscosity variations. The pressure monitoring technology and software are able to maintain a user-defined pressure throughout the withdrawal or infusion process.

Heavy Duty Construction

High-tensile-strength, hardened-steel guide mechanisms with machined metal holders are incorporated into the Fusion 6000 high-pressure syringe pump to allow for high load operation while still ensuring finely tuned microflow dosing. Chemyx high-pressure dosing pumps last for years with an equipment value that is hard to match.

  • Machined metal design
  • Chemical resistant polypropylene coated screen
  • 2-year warranty
Programmable & Intuitive Controls

Intuitive, user-friendly software lets users program and customize flow profiles and offers a robust database of brand-name syringes. Remote computer control capabilities are available on this high-pressure micro pump through USB, TTL, and RS232 communication connections.

  • Programmable variable rate profiles via keypad
  • Computer control via USB, RS232, TTL
  • LabVIEW and MATLAB drivers available
